In addition to providing good information about privacy, this site shows you very graphically the types of information that can be obtained from your system.  When you connect, it will show you your current IP address and host computer name.  Click on the Analyze Connection link to see other types of information that can be easily obtained from your computer.  It is an eye opener.

Electronic Privacy Information Center

EPIC has long been a leader in defending web user's privacy.  Founded in 1994 it engages in legal actions and lobbying on privacy issues.  While it lacks the neat demos found on Privacy.net, there is a great deal of useful information on this site.
