How does this process work? Carr Enterprises
has a defined process for fixing your implementation:

Management Review: In this stage,
the professionals from Carr Enterprises meet with the management of
the company to understand, or if necessary define, your organization's
general business goals, e-business strategies, and reasons for
selecting Visual Manufacturing®.

Implementation Process Review: We
will meet with the implementation team to review the strategy and
plans that governed your implementation process. During this
review we will:

Examine the assumptions that underlie your
implementation process.

The conformance of the implementation plan
and execution to the stated goals and objectives of the management
of the company.

The quality of vendor support delivered by
your associate or Lilly Software.

Implementation Status Review: Carr
Enterprises will establish the current status of the implementation
and develop a list of action items that need to be attended to to
complete the implementation of Visual Manufacturing®.

Results Review Meeting: As a result
of this process, the professionals at Carr Enterprises will meet with
the implementation team and present the results of their
investigation. This meeting will result in a go/no go decision
as to whether to proceed with the Visual Manufacturing®
implementation.

Re-implementation Plan: If the
decision is made to go forward with your Visual Manufacturing®
implementation, Carr Enterprises will help you develop a
re-implementation plan with assigned tasks and deadlines for
completing the implementation.

On-going Project Management: If
desired, you may have the professionals at Carr Enterprises manage
your implementation. This management can be very hands-on with
Carr Enterprises providing the overall direction and management of the
project. Or we can simply provide check point review and
technical assistance during the re-implementation process. You
